International Friendlies Refund Offers 20th August 2008

There are a number of offers available for the various friendly matches being held on Wednesday 20th August 2008.

The pick of the bunch are detailed below along with the methods to participate in each offer to maximise the refund potential (the profit) and minimise the risk involved (the loss) by refund betting.

First up is Boylesports with the following offers (applies to single bets only, 90 minutes only and max refund is 300 Euro or equivalent):

Norway v Republic of Ireland - If Norway win from behind we will refund losing first/last/anytime goalscorer and correct score bets on this match.

England v Czech Republic - If England win from behind we will refund losing first/last/anytime goalscorer and correct score bets on this match.

Method: Find bets with odds that match as close as possible between Boylesports and one of the betting exchanges on either the first/last/anytime or correct score markets, trying to pick bets that will lose should the team come from behind to win. For example if England win from behind then any bet where England lose or draw i.e. 0-1 or 1-1 will be losing bets and qualify for the refund.

Next up is VC Bet with the following offer (maximum refund £100 per person):

England v Czech Repubic, Scotland v Northern Ireland, Georgia v Wales, Norway v Republic of Ireland & Finland v Israel

Place a first goal scorer bet and if your player fails to score the first goal but scores at any other time in the match VC Bet will refund your stake as a free bet on any future match.

Method: Back and lay a selection with close odds to qualify for minimal loss and should the selected player score during the game but not first then a refund will be given as a free bet on a future match. This can then be turned into profit by backing and laying a selection using the free bet. Try to find close matches on players that are likely to score as if a less favourite player scores first then the chances of a refund are higher as the favourites will have more chance of scoring the next goal.

Finally BGBet are running the following offer on the international matches (maximum stake £50):

Place a bet on the first goalscorer for any of the following games and if the player listed below scores at anytime, BGBet will refund all losing first goalscorer stakes on that match

England v Czech Republic - Emile Heskey
Norway v Republic of Ireland - Kevin Doyle
Wales v Georgia - Jason Koumas
Scotland v Northern Irleand - David Healy

AND

If England v Czech Republic finishes in a 0-0 draw BGBet will refund all losing correct score bets on that game.

Method: As above back and lay a first goalscorer other than the players stated and should any of the players stated score then a refund will be given on losing bets.

The second offer as above requires a back and lay at close odds on the correct score market on any result other than 0-0 to qualify for the refund on offer from BGBet.
